River 2 River Realty was founded by the real estate mogul, sustainability advocate, and philanthropist Daniel Neiditch in 2005 to offer services to the New York City, Westchester and Hamptons real estate market. Our team of professionals has excelled as a trustworthy brokerage, landlord, property manager and developer. As a landlord we have acquired over a billion dollars in real estate holdings to date in the New York metropolitan area and maintain a strong presence in our additional regions. Our brokerage division has executed over a billion dollars in real estate transactions and it continues to grow annually. In our management division we currently administer over 20 buildings with 2,500 units under our expert leadership and this includes our furnished housing division where we accommodate some of today’s biggest celebrity clientele on their New York City stays (see our “In The Press Section”). River 2 River Realty’s development continues to grow rapidly and we are currently working on many renovations and luxury development sites. .
